About Bike Fest
Bike Fest is a community event organized by Edu-Cycle Tours in collaboration with our venue sponsor, Hard Rock Cafe Angkor, to raise funds for Bike for Books, an Edu-Cycle initiative supporting local primary schools with books, equipment and learning materials. The event will consist of a 20km bike ride followed by live music and a raffle with prizes donated by local businesses.
Bike Fest Itinerary 03/11/2019
7.00am: Meet at Hard Rock Cafe
7.30am: A scenic countryside bike ride to Phnom Krom with Edu-Cycle guides
9-10am: Snacks at Phnom Krom
10am: Ride back to Hard Rock Cafe with Edu-Cycle guides
11am – 1pm: Live music at Hard Rock Cafe including Garuda band from Music for Everyone School (MES) & a raffle with prizes donated by local businesses (raffle at 1pm)
1pm: Event finish

*If you would like to attend the music part of the event only (11am-1pm), we simply request you buy some raffle tickets. Contact us at info@edu-cycle.org to order tickets.

After you have registered online, you will need to complete payment at the Hard Rock Cafe on one of the following dates:
Saturday 26th October between 9am-5pm
Sunday 27th October between 9am-5pm
If you are unable to come to the Hard Rock Cafe at the above times, you can request for us to meet you at an earlier date and we will do our best to accommodate.
T-Shirts can be collected at the Hard Rock Cafe prior to the event on Saturday 2nd November between 9am-2pm. Alternatively you can collect your shirt on the morning of the event.
Registration Form
Where do the proceeds go?
100% of the proceeds of Bike Fest go to Bike for Books, a fund to provide support to under-funded and under-equipped primary schools. Specifically, 50% will go to Wat Chork Primary School in Siem Reap to provide books and learning materials and 50% will go to Upak Samphan Primary School to provide construction materials and essential classroom supplies. Representatives from both schools will be in attendance during the event.
Raffle
A raffle with prizes donated by local businesses will be held at the Hard Rock Cafe at 1pm November 3rd. Keep an eye on this page as we add prizes. You do not have to attend the bike ride to take part in the raffle, everyone is welcome to take part in the raffle!

One night stay in a Deluxe Room including breakfast for 2 people at Jaya House River Park Siem Reap
One night stay in a Premier Suite including Khmer set dinner & breakfast for 2 at Nita by Vo Luxury Hotel, Siem Reap
One night stay including breakfast at Deluxe Suite for 2 persons at Fancy Boutique Villa Hotel, Siem Reap.
One night stay including breakfast at Superior Room for 2 persons at Fancy Residence, Siem Reap
Two course dinner for two including one drink each at The Christa
2 x $5.00 vouchers for any items on the menu at Wat Else Cafe
Rules:
– Entrants purchase a ticket/s which are placed into a box and blindly drawn at random.
– To win, entrants are required to be there in person when the drawing occurs.
– If a ticket is drawn and nobody claims the prize, another ticket will be drawn.

Please note, while safety is our main concern, Edu-Cycle and our sponsors are not liable for any loss or injury during the event. Participants for the bike ride must be at least 15 years old.
